ERP solution
As a member of team in "Informatika Co." I had opportunity to work on ERP project localized for Serbian market as a programmer and that helped me to get inside knowledge of this huge project. Good performance on the field during the implementation of ERP has been a recommendation for me to join in team of "Jaffa" factory and had opportunity to work on the same ERP solution but from a different perspective as DBA and user.

I had the great privilege to work with foreign business associates, particularly with Baker Perkins – Peterborough UK and Cavanna – Prato Sesia Italy and opportunity to work with excellent managers and staff, above all to learn from them many skills which I had not experienced in the past. One of them is Biscuit Line project timeline showing the order in which activities happens and labor which is needed for activities to be accomplished. I have used learned skill to incorporate activities which has been dedicated to me with lab our needed for activities to be accomplished and created comprehensive project timeline which will include activities both including Baker Perkins involvement and including involvement of other contractors and subcontractors who should provide services which will need to be finished for main project. With such project timeline I had visual management tool which very easily gave me answers what, when and with whom some activity should be done within project.

During that period I managed a team of up to 12 personnel of fitters and electricians introduced to them plans for new plant, trained them to use new equipment and tools. Although I held this position for a period of only four months during this period I had opportunity to manage and work with team members, contractors, subcontractors and foreign business associates in a very dynamic period of constructing and installing new plant and last time when opportunity of this size occurred in Jaffa factory was 30 years ago when old plant was constructed and installed.
